1. Shipping location and delivery time
    All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Sweden, covering global delivery (Note: If there are any restricted areas, please provide additional explanations).
    The order will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (excluding customs processing time).
    (Supplementary note: Customized products or peak seasons may be delayed. It is recommended to add “The specific delivery time is subject to email notification.”)
  2. Delivery fees and duties
    Within Sweden: Free shipping/standard postage XX SEK (fill in according to actual policies).
    International orders: Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Customs duties are borne by the buyer (bold prompt: “Import duties may be levied in the destination country. Please check in advance”).
  3. Logistics tracking
    After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the progress through the official website of [Logistics provider name].
  4. Delay and out-of-stock handling
    If the goods are out of stock, we will contact you via fewery@beddtextiles.com to negotiate an exchange or refund.
    Delays caused by force majeure (such as weather or strikes) will not be compensated, but progress updates will be provided.
  5. Return and exchange address
    If you need to return or exchange, please contact customer service to obtain the warehouse address in Sweden. The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer (unless there is a quality issue with the product).
